At IronEra, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed and shipped within South Africa using Aramex Store to Door.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.


2. Order Processing

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped


 


3. Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier or logistical disruptions

IronEra will not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors once the order has been dispatched. However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

IronEra cannot be held responsible for:

  • Deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible
