Refund & Returns Policy – IronEra
At IronEra, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to train with confidence. This policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa).
1. Returns (General)
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

All packaging, tags, and accessories are included

Proof of purchase is provided
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under South African law.
You may return the product within 6 months of delivery, and we will:

Repair the item, OR

Replace it, OR
-
Issue a full refund
This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange collection and send the correct product at no additional cost
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned if opened or used:

Personal fitness accessories that come into direct contact with skin
(Unless defective or faulty)
